Just an ideal choice for a weekend jaunt in Madrid with attractive and competitive value for money. The breakfast in the Level Lounge was nice, especially when it was less busy. Arrive early for food to avoid the crowds.

Brace yourself for this review!
During my five-night stay, the room was spacious, and breakfast was satisfying. The staff, particularly Aaron and Juan Carlos, were approachable and helpful. Yet, we encountered nuisances like thin walls leading to noise disturbances. Though the bar offered a wide drink selection, it didn’t fully mask the other issues. Consider your options carefully!

Great location with some family hiccups
We had a great time exploring the city, with the metro just a short walk away. The level lounge offered much-needed snacks after long days. However, it was disappointing that our kids couldn’t use the pool as expected, which dampened their excitement. Check the rules beforehand!

Luxury, Luxury, Luxury
I loved the exclusive 'Level Experience' that gave us access to a private lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast selection was very nice, with made-to-order dishes that set us up for a perfect day exploring. Plus, our room was beautifully decorated, boasting fine views and luxurious Rituals toiletries.

Had an awesome time with friends. The hotel was perfect for exploring local attractions like the royal palace and vibrant neighborhoods. Breakfast was a highlight with plenty of options, and the staff were super friendly. Just a heads-up, the breakfast gets busy, and it's best to go early to grab a good spot!
The only downside was the noise from the traffic outside, especially from emergency sirens. It could get a bit intrusive at times during our stay.
